Steps to make your reservation!

​Please note that Wednesdays are Park Maintenance Days and are not available for camping.

     Phone reservations cannot be accepted.

Step 3: Print the reservation site tag from your Traveler Account for your campsite.

Step 4: Enjoy your reserved site for your camping trip!

2021 Camping Season:

Camping is an amazing summer activity for all ages. Your help is needed to continue reducing the spread of COVID-19 so the park can stay open, safe, and accessible:

  • Checking yourself, your family and camping companions for COVID-19 symptoms before attending the park by using the Alberta Health Daily Checklist
  • Cancelling your reservation if you, your family or camping companions are sick or were recently exposed to someone with COVID-19.
  • Bringing your own hand sanitizer and tissues.
  • Planning ahead to ensure you have enough food, water and toilet paper for the duration of your stay.
  • It is strongly recommended that you bring a tablecloth for the picnic table in your site.
  • Washing or sanitizing your hands before and after using high-touch shared amenities like washrooms and animal proof garbages and recycling bins.

General Campground Information :

  • No Serviced sites.
  • No potable water available in park.
  • No WiFi or consistent cell service in the park.
  • Camping by Reservation ONLY
  • All campers must be registered to stay overnight in the park.
  • 1 unit (RV, Motorhome, Travel Trailer, or Tent)per site with maximum 6 campers.
  • Maximum number of consecutive registered nights is 7.
  • Check In time 1:30pm.
  • Check Out time is 11:30am.
  • Quiet time is 11pm to 7am.
  • Pets are permitted but must be kept on leash and under control at all times.
  • Please clean up after your pet.
  • Campers are personally responsible for the cleanliness of their site.
  • Campers and Visitors are responsible to dispose of trash in bins provided.
  • Campers and Visitors may be banned for not using trash bins provided.
  • Campfires must be contained to the fire pit provided, supervised, properly extinguished at night and before departure.
  • Firewood available on site for purchase.
  • Deadfall in the park cannot be collected for campfires.
  • Campfires are not permitted during Burning Bans in Foothills County.
  • Firearms and fireworks and their use is prohibited in the park.
  • The park is not an Equestrian Facility.
  • Off road vehicle use is not permitted in the park.
  • Alcohol is restricted to campsites.
  • Archie and Janet Hogg Park is a public place. A person must not smoke, vape or consume Cannabis in any public place. Foothills Bylaw 43/2018.

SUMMER ACCESS (July 1 to September 30) is through Lower Gate unless otherwise posted.

Day Use Area is open 7am to 10pm
except on Wednesdays from 7am to 1:30pm for maintenance

No parking elsewhere in park or on 64 St.

Following these rules will make your stay and the stay of other campers and visitors more enjoyable!


Campers and visitors to the park are reminded to be cautious near the river and along the banks.
