The 2017 combined Assessment and Tax Notices were mailed on May 26, 2017 . Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, Section 311(2), all assessed persons are deemed to have received their assessment notices as a result of this advertisement.
The Assessment Roll may be inspected at the Municipal office, 309 Macleod Trail, High River, during regular business hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. OR it may be inspected at any time, on the M.D. of Foothills website - property assessment roll

Assessments may be appealed until August 1, 2017.

Property Taxes are due September 30
Property taxes are due in full by September 30 of the same year.
Late Payment Penalties
After September 30, your taxes are subject to a penalty. A late penalty charge of 6% penalty will be applied after this date. If taxes are still outstanding on January 1, a further 12% penalty will be applied. Cheques not honoured by your bank are also subject to penalty and administration charges.
