Municipal Reserve Lots


The Council of the Municipal District of Foothills No. 31 has agreed to accept bids for a license on the Municipal Reserve located at SE 21-20-28 W4M, Plan 1528LK, Block R5, 16.0 acres. Public access will not be denied. (See map below):  Municipal Reserve is marked.

All bids for Municipal Reserves should include the following:

  • Bid amount (minimum $100 bid on Municipal Reserve Parcels)
  • Purpose of license (eg. grazing, cultivation, etc.)
  • Legal address of the Municipal Reserve
  • Legal address of the applicant
  • Proposed term of license

Bids will close at 4:30 pm on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, after which they will be taken to Council for a final decision.  Bid submissions may be mailed to the M.D. of Foothills No. 31. Box 5605, High River, Alberta T1V 1M7, however they must be received by the deadline listed above.
